Online Orders
    •    For shipped orders, return requests must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.
    •    Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
 Personalized & Monogrammed Items
    •    Due to their custom nature, personalized or monogrammed items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
    •    Please double-check spelling, initials, and thread colors at the time of order. Once submitted, changes cannot be made.
    •    If an error is made on our part, we will gladly replace or correct the item at no cost to you.
