Return requests for shipped orders must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Personalized & Monogrammed Items

Personalized or monogrammed items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Please carefully review spelling, monogram order, and thread colors before submitting your order. Once placed, changes cannot be made. If an error is made on our part, we will gladly replace or correct the item at no additional cost to you.
